Authorities in Germany and Netherlands arrested 9 connected to Islamic State terror cell plotting attacks

Seven men in Germany founded a terrorist group supporting ISIS and were planning high-profile attacks.
The suspects were from Central Asia, entered Germany from Ukraine after 2022 Russian invasion and had been scoping targets and trying to get weapons.
Two more suspects linked to the group were arrested in the Netherlands, including a man from Tajikistan and his wife.
The man in Netherlands was suspected of ISIS membership and plotting an attack, though plans were not concrete.
Arrests were result of authorities intervening due to seriousness of allegations.
