The attempted kidnapping occurred in late July 2024 at Heath's apartment in Tallinn, Estonia.
The attackers, posing as painter-decorators, were foreign nationals and not Estonian citizens.
Estonian authorities discovered the plot had been planned for months, involving a rented van and a remote hideout.
One suspect, Georgian citizen Ilgar Mamedov, has been apprehended and is in custody; he denies involvement.
