  • Business Contract and MyPost Business customers can resume sending to the United States and its territories from Monday, September 22.
  • The move brings the restart three days ahead of the previously targeted September 25 date.
  • Retail customers are expected to regain full Post Office network access for U.S. parcels on or before October 7, with efforts underway to bring that forward.
  • To meet the new U.S. customs and tariff requirements, business senders must register with Zonos for duty collection and data transmission.
  • Letters and documents with no commercial value and gifts under US$100 remain exempt, following a suspension that began on August 26 after the de minimis exemption was eliminated.
