Australia's players are donating a portion of their match fees to humanitarian efforts in Gaza, a gesture that will be matched by Football Australia.
The match was attended by 14,537 fans, many of whom were supporting Palestine and waving flags throughout the game.
Palestine were without key defenders Ibrahim Abuimeir, Ahmed Kullab and Khaled Al-Nabris, who were all stuck in Gaza.
Australia now tops their World Cup qualifying group after successive wins.
