Niefred Serpa-Acosta, one of the suspects, admitted to being a member of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua during an ICE interview.
The suspects were involved in a fatal shooting of Oswaldo Jose Dabion Araujo shortly after the video was recorded.
Police Chief Todd Chamberlain stated that there is no confirmed evidence linking the other suspects to gang activity.
