Jamaican writer and campaigner Una Marson, the BBC's first Black female producer, will be celebrated for her groundbreaking work in broadcasting and advocacy for racial and gender equality.
Novelist Barbara Pym, ballerina Alicia Markova, and artist Graham Sutherland will also be recognized for their contributions to literature, dance, and visual art, respectively.
The blue plaques program, managed by English Heritage, highlights significant figures and their ties to London, with installations requiring property owner approval.
