- Audi publicly unveiled the fifth‑generation A6 Allroad on Tuesday with full specifications and confirmed ordering will open on 18 June 2026.
- The new Allroad is about 11 cm wider than the A6 Avant and sits roughly 34 mm higher, using a bespoke adaptive air suspension with a 55 mm adjustment range and selectable offroad and lift functions.
- Audi offers two launch powertrains: a refined 3.0‑liter V6 TDI with MHEV‑plus producing 220 kW (299 PS) and up to 580 Nm, and a new plug‑in hybrid combining a 2.0‑liter petrol engine with an electric motor for 270 kW (367 PS).
- The PHEV uses a 25.9 kWh gross (20.7 kWh net) battery for up to 95 km WLTP electric range, charges on AC up to 11 kW in about 2.5 hours, has reduced boot space and a 2,000 kg towing limit versus 2,500 kg for the diesel.
- Audi set starting prices at about €77,250 for the V6 TDI and €80,250 for the PHEV, with dealer deliveries scheduled for autumn 2026 and the Allroad positioned as a premium, more rugged alternative to conventional Avants and some SUVs.
