Overview

• Aubrey Plaza will portray infamous ’90s madam Heidi Fleiss and produce through her Evil Hag banner alongside Jessamine Burgum and Kara Durrett’s Pinky Promise.
• Leah Rachel, creator of Netflix’s Chambers, will direct the feature as her debut film.
• The screenplay was co-written by Rachel Sennott, Leah Rachel and Travis Jackson and has been completed in pre-production.
• The story will dramatize Fleiss’s tense days before her 1993 trial as she attempts to blackmail and leverage Hollywood and political figures with help from an aspiring writer named Jaclyn.
• Principal photography is scheduled to begin in Los Angeles in late 2025 following the wrap of pre-production.
