Overview
- Traffic on Av. Faucett will be rerouted from October 5 for the Carmen de la Legua station works on the Line 4 branch, affecting 55 public transport companies along a 2.5 km stretch between Av. Argentina and Av. Venezuela.
- North–south movements will divert via Av. Argentina, Av. Juan Velasco Alvarado and Av. Venezuela, with northbound flows using the Av. Elmer Faucett auxiliary, Av. Óscar Benavides and Av. Enrique Meiggs to rejoin Av. Argentina.
- Access to Jorge Chávez International Airport remains open via the Óscar Benavides auxiliary, Enrique Meiggs and Av. Argentina, and the Aerodirecto Sur service continues on La Marina, Santa Rosa and Morales Duárez.
- ATU reopened five lanes on October 2 on Av. Nicolás Ayllón between Av. Circunvalación and Av. Manuel Echeandía, following a three-lane reopening on September 30, as Circunvalación station on Line 2 nears completion at about 94% with police support for traffic control.
- The Corredor Rojo route 204 extension to Manchay began October 1 with 65 stops and daily service from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., charging S/2.40 (adult) and S/1.20 (student), adding 15 GNV buses, enabling Plin top-ups, and offering two rides for one fare between Miguel Grau and Av. Víctor Malásquez.
