Overview
- The first procession starts at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, departing Las Nazarenas and routing via Av. Emancipación, Jr. Chancay and Jr. Conde de Superunda, with a simultaneous levantada mundial at noon.
- Metropolitano changes include closure of Colmena, Jirón de la Unión, Tacna and Castilla stations during the event, Service A detouring along Av. Alfonso Ugarte with stops at Dos de Mayo, Quilca and España, and Service C operating only to Central.
- ATU set temporary stops and corridor adjustments: the Azul corridor reroutes through Prolongación Tacna–Caquetá–Alfonso Ugarte–Nicolás de Piérola–Garcilaso; Servicio Extraordinario 08 ends at Jr. Washington; Morado 412 turns at Jr. Virú for return to SJL.
- The Policía Nacional will implement progressive closures along the route, and ATU staff will be deployed on key roads to guide users to alternate services.
- An extraordinary procession to the Callao is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 26, using the Nazareno Móvil along avenues including Nicolás de Piérola, Óscar R. Benavides, Tingo María, Mariano H. Cornejo, Universitaria, La Marina, Guardia Chalaca, Sáenz Peña and Pacífico.
