- The settlement portal managed by Kroll launched in early August and mailed notices have been sent to U.S. customers affected by the March 30 and July 12, 2024 incidents
- The $177 million fund is divided into $149 million for the March breach class and $28 million for the July breach class under the court’s preliminary approval
- Claimants may seek up to $5,000 for documented losses tied to the first breach, up to $2,500 for losses from the second breach, or opt for flat-rate tiered payments with a maximum of $7,500 for overlaps
- Submitting a claim waives the right to pursue separate litigation and the deadline to opt out or file objections is Oct. 17, 2025
- A final approval hearing is scheduled for Dec. 3, 2025, and any appeals or high claim volumes could delay actual disbursements
