- The settlement totals $177 million split into two funds: $149 million for the first breach and $28 million for the later call and text log incident.
- Eligible claimants can seek up to $5,000 for the first breach, up to $2,500 for the second, or up to $7,500 if impacted by both, with higher amounts requiring documented, fairly traceable losses.
