• Wireless Account Lock is now available to all AT&T consumer and business subscribers after an early July nationwide deployment
• A toggle in the myAT&T app prevents unauthorized SIM or eSIM swaps, number transfers, device upgrades, billing changes and updates to authorized users
• Primary account holders and every active line receive immediate email and text confirmations whenever the lock is enabled or disabled
• Enterprise customers can customize protections by exempting specific lines or restricting particular account modifications
• The rollout meets FCC requirements for stricter identity checks and addresses high-value SIM swap losses, including a $400 million federal indictment
