• The 2025 regional ranking was unveiled on September 25 at Wynn Las Vegas, covering the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
• The top five are Atomix at No. 1, followed by Mon Lapin, Restaurant Pearl Morissette, Smyth and Tanière3.
• The list features 37 restaurants from the U.S., 11 from Canada and two from the Caribbean, including Stush in the Bush and Buzo Osteria Italiana.
• Atomix, led by Ellia and Junghyun “JP” Park, is recognized for a 12-course Korean tasting menu with storytelling rooted in tradition.
• Special awards went to Normand Laprise (Icon), Michael Cimarusti (Chef’s Choice), Asmeret Berhe-Lumax (Champions of Change) and Chutatip “Nok” Suntaranon (Best Female Chef), with additional sommelier and pastry honors announced.
