Atlantic City Mayor and Wife Indicted for Allegedly Abusing Teenage Daughter

Marty Small Sr. and La'Quetta Small face multiple charges, including child endangerment, assault, and making terroristic threats.

Incidents include Marty Small Sr. hitting his daughter with a broom, causing her to lose consciousness, and making threatening remarks.
La'Quetta Small is accused of punching her daughter, dragging her by the hair, and striking her with a belt.
The couple's lawyer claims the allegations are a private family matter and insists they will be exonerated.
Atlantic City High School Principal Constance Days-Chapman has also been indicted for not reporting the alleged abuse.
