• Lacy, 62, was a backseat passenger in a Prius driven by her son Oliver, 23, with son Adrian, 25, also aboard, when a Hyundai Elantra allegedly struck them at Northside Parkway and Mount Paran Road on Sept. 1.
• Airbag control module data in the affidavit records the Elantra at about 91 mph at impact and indicates the driver lifted off the accelerator and began braking 2.5 seconds before the crash.
• After the collision, the driver allegedly parked near the I‑75 bridge, removed golf clubs from the car, and walked away, according to video referenced in the affidavit.
• Buck Rollins, 31, surrendered to Atlanta police and was charged with first-degree homicide by vehicle, hit-and-run, reckless driving and speeding, then was released on a $70,000 bond, records show.
