Atari's Infogrames Acquires Surgeon Simulator Franchise

Infogrames, recently relaunched by Atari, has acquired the Surgeon Simulator series from TinyBuild.
The franchise includes the original 2013 game, a VR spin-off, a Switch version, and a 2020 sequel.
Infogrames aims to increase distribution and potentially develop new titles within the series.
This is the second acquisition from TinyBuild by Infogrames, following Totally Reliable Delivery Service.
Atari has been focusing on the retro gaming market, acquiring several studios and IPs in recent years.
