Overview
- Counsellor Kshitij Tyagi delivered India’s Right of Reply at the 5th meeting of the UNHRC’s 60th session in Geneva.
- Tyagi labeled Pakistan a failed state addicted to propaganda and terror and said India would keep exposing its deception.
- He cited the April Pahalgam attack along with Pulwama, Uri, Pathankot and Mumbai to accuse Pakistan of financing and sheltering terrorist networks.

- Responding to Switzerland’s call to protect minorities and media freedoms, Tyagi called the remarks shallow and ill‑informed and offered help to address racism, discrimination and xenophobia in Switzerland.
