Astros Place All-Star Altuve on Injured List With Oblique Injury

Jose Altuve, the Houston Astros' star second baseman, was placed on the 10-day injured list with a left oblique injury.
Altuve is expected to miss four games before the All-Star break as he recovers from the injury.
Astros GM says there's no need to rush Altuve back and rest will help his recovery.
Altuve previously missed four games this season with an oblique injury.
In corresponding moves, the Astros optioned a pitcher to Triple-A, recalled an infielder, and promoted a pitcher from Triple-A.
