Duran, who scored 12 goals this season, joins a star-studded Al Nassr squad that includes Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane.
Villa cited the financial disparity between Premier League wages and Saudi Pro League offers as a key factor in accepting the transfer, with Duran reportedly set to earn five times his Villa salary.
