  • The program has formed a strategic partnership with DPK Racing, the official karting team of Fernando Alonso, to leverage early-stage talent development.
  • Mari Boya, a three-time Spanish karting champion currently competing in Formula 3 for Campos Racing, becomes the academy’s inaugural member.
  • Its curriculum includes tailored fitness regimens, media training, simulator sessions, technical feedback and immersive team exposure.
  • The initiative complements Aston Martin’s existing pipeline of test and reserve drivers, which includes Felipe Drugovich, Jak Crawford and Stoffel Vandoorne.
