Fallows played a significant role in Aston Martin's success in 2023, contributing to eight podium finishes with the AMR23.
The team has struggled in 2024, currently holding fifth place in the Constructors' Championship, far behind fourth-place Mercedes.
Aston Martin's leadership changes also include the recent hiring of former Mercedes executive Andy Cowell and ex-Ferrari technical director Enrico Cardile.
