• Free crossover quest “A Critical Encounter” adds ally Rufino, voiced by Robbie Daymond, and features a purchasable Critical Role weapon pack.
• Nightmare difficulty tightens parry timing, enhances enemy AI aggression and damage, and limits combat resource availability.
• The update also introduces cutscene headgear and VFX toggles, expands province-wide alarm triggers, adds horse camera presets and fixes mastery point and quest-progression bugs.
• Update sizes vary by platform—about 6.27GB on PS5 and up to 19GB on Xbox Series X/S—and PC players gain an Ultra Low visual mode for low-end hardware.
