Overview
- Five parallel teams are now on the road across Upper and Central Assam, the Barak Valley, Bodoland, the hill districts and Lower Assam, with a coordination cell guiding a one-district-per-day plan.

- The first phase centers on higher education and human resource development, seeking student input on improving quality, research and innovation.
- Senior leaders are slated to join district consultations, with Gaurav Gogoi scheduled in Majuli and Dibrugarh and meetings through December 21–24, alongside Jitendra Singh, Debabrata Saikia, Pradyut Bordoloi and Bhupen Bora.
