- SJVN Green Energy developed the facility with Assam Power Distribution Company Limited and will operate and maintain it for 25 years.
- The project was built for over Rs 350 crore on about 1,000 bighas in Khudigaon, Bilasipara, in Dhubri district.
- Annual output is estimated at roughly 141 million units, with a power purchase agreement priced at Rs 3.92 per unit.
- Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said a 50‑MW SJVN solar project in Sonitpur is planned for inauguration in April.
