Overview
- On July 13 in Roing, employer Tadar Bhai shot 29-year-old Shankar Pegu in a workplace dispute and Pegu died the next morning at Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences in Naharlagun.
- Police have arrested Tadar Bhai, seized the pistol used in the shooting and registered murder charges under Section 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act, with post-mortem reports still awaited.
