Overview

• The tournament runs from September 9 to 28 with 11 T20Is at Dubai International Cricket Stadium and eight at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
• Eight teams are divided into Group A (India, Pakistan, UAE, Oman) and Group B (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Hong Kong), with top two from each progressing to a Super Four before the final.
• The marquee India vs Pakistan group-stage fixture is locked in for September 14 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
• A preparatory seven-match T20I tri-series featuring Pakistan, Afghanistan and the UAE will take place at Sharjah Cricket Stadium from August 29 to September 7, culminating in a final.
• The neutral-venue arrangement stems from a multi-year BCCI-PCB agreement to navigate diplomatic tensions and help teams prepare for the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup.
