Some of Grover's shares will be transferred to the Resilient Growth Trust for BharatPe's benefit, while the rest will be managed by his family trust.
Both parties have agreed to drop all ongoing legal cases against each other.
Grover expressed his support for BharatPe's management and board, despite the allegations of financial misconduct against him and his family.
