Duke's defense was pivotal, holding Kansas State to 2-of-10 shooting from three-point range and forcing 18 turnovers, converting them into 15 points.
Reigan Richardson added 16 points, while Delaney Thomas contributed 10 points and eight rebounds for Duke, now 6-1 this season.
Kansas State, previously undefeated, was led by Ayoka Lee with 16 points and Serena Sundell with 15 points in the loss.
Duke advances to the Ball Dawgs Classic championship game on Wednesday, where they will face the winner of No. 8 Oklahoma and DePaul.
