Ash by Elegance Vacates Knockouts Title at Victory Road as NXT’s Kelani Jordan Crowned New Champion

Ash by Elegance announced she can no longer compete and relinquished the Knockouts World Championship during Victory Road in Edmonton.
TNA immediately held a Knockouts Battle Royal, with Kelani Jordan and Léi Yǐng Lee advancing to a later singles bout refereed by Indi Hartwell.
Jordan defeated Lee with a split‑legged moonsault to win the vacant title, received the belt from TNA President Carlos Silva, and was congratulated in the ring by Ash.
Indi Hartwell is officially set to challenge Jordan for the Knockouts World Championship at Bound For Glory on October 12.
The originally advertised Ash vs. Slamovich title match was pulled earlier in the week as TNA looks into allegations involving Slamovich and wrestler AKIRA.
