Arunachal Kicks Off Lead Trainers’ Workshop Under Mission Karmayogi
A five-day workshop is preparing regional trainers for citizen-focused governance training to reach more than 10,000 officials by September.

- Chief Minister Pema Khandu inaugurated the capacity-building workshop on August 4 in Itanagar with participation from Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura officials.
- The programme is organised by the Capacity Building Commission following July’s MoU and embeds local cultural values alongside national reform goals.
- Lead trainers will complete customised modules covering leadership, ethics, IT literacy, disaster response and financial management.
- The state aims to roll out data-driven, performance-oriented training to over 10,000 civil servants in the first phase set to finish by September.
