• Chief Minister Pema Khandu inaugurated the capacity-building workshop on August 4 in Itanagar with participation from Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura officials.
• The programme is organised by the Capacity Building Commission following July’s MoU and embeds local cultural values alongside national reform goals.
• Lead trainers will complete customised modules covering leadership, ethics, IT literacy, disaster response and financial management.
