Artios Casting Society Announces 2024 Awards Nominees; Netflix Leads TV Category with Eight Nods

Artios Awards Nominees Span Categories Including TV, Theater, and Commercials; Awards Gala Scheduled for March 2024, with Feature Film Nominee Submissions Starting November 10.

• The Casting Society announced its nominees for the 2023 Artios Awards across television, theatre, commercials, short film and short form series categories. The winners would be announced at a gala in March 7, 2024.
• Netflix led the TV category nominations with eight nods. Other major platforms like HBO/Max, Apple TV+ and Prime Video each received five nominations.
• Nominee submissions for the feature film category opens on November 10, with announcements of final nominees expected in February.
• The Artios Awards will also present honorees for The Hoyt Bowers Award For Excellence In Casting, Lynn Stalmaster Award For Career Achievement, Marion Dougherty New York Apple Award and the Associate Casting Director/Casting Producer Spotlight Award. The names of the honorees will be announced at a later date.
• The Artios Awards, which were first held in 1985, recognizes the work of casting professionals in more than 20 different categories. The nominees are determined by the votes of the Casting Society members.
