Arrest Made After Two Early-Morning Central Park Attacks

  • The assaults occurred on West Drive near 62nd Street around 1:20 a.m. and near 93rd Street around 1:50 a.m., according to the NYPD.
  • Police say an 18-year-old was punched, kicked and strangled in the first attack, while a 37-year-old was thrown to the ground and bitten on the ear in the second.
