Arnold Schwarzenegger Donates $1M to Los Angeles Wildfire Relief Efforts

The former California governor pledges funds to support fire victims and launches a fundraising campaign with proceeds from custom t-shirts.

Arnold Schwarzenegger announced a $1 million donation to three organizations aiding Los Angeles wildfire relief: the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, California Fire Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity’s LA chapter.
The wildfires, described as the most destructive in the city's history, have claimed at least 28 lives, displaced tens of thousands, and destroyed over 15,000 structures.
Schwarzenegger also launched an 'LA Strong' t-shirt campaign, with 100% of profits going to the same organizations receiving his donation.
The actor emphasized his personal contribution, stating he dislikes when wealthy individuals or companies ask fans to donate without leading by example.
The Hughes Fire, a new blaze, has rapidly grown to over 9,000 acres, forcing 31,000 evacuations and leaving thousands more under warnings as firefighters work to contain it.
