Army Soldier Admits Firing At Music Festival While High On Psychedelic Mushrooms, Killing Two And Injuring Three

James Kelly, an active duty U.S. Army soldier, opened fire at a music festival campground, killing two people and wounding three others.
Kelly told police he was under the influence of psychedelic mushrooms and believed the world was ending.
The two fatal victims were Brandy Escamilla, 29, and her fiancée Josilyn Ruiz, 26, both from Seattle.
year-old Lily Luksich and 31-year-old Andrew Cuadra were also shot but survived.
Kelly faces charges including two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and one count of domestic violence assault and is being held without bail pending a July 5 court appearance.
