- Gen. Jesús Alejandro Adame Cabrera took command of the 30th Military Zone at a 06:00 ceremony on Sept. 16 at the 37th Infantry Battalion in Villahermosa attended by Governor Javier May.
- He replaces Gen. Miguel Ángel López Martínez, who arrived on Feb. 4 and completed a notably brief seven-month tenure.
