Army Identifies Third Soldier in Deadly DC Helicopter-Jet Collision

Lobach, a Durham, N.C. native, was a decorated aviation officer with over 450 flight hours and aspirations of becoming a physician after her military service.
Her family and friends described her as brilliant, fearless, and dedicated, noting her work as a White House social aide and a certified advocate for victims of sexual harassment and assault.
Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing, while tributes continue to pour in for Lobach and the other victims of this national tragedy.
