Overview

• Brooke Gambino and Mohammad Kabiri hired a pet sitter from the app Rover to watch their dogs and house while they were on vacation from Dec. 14 to Christmas Day.
• The couple became suspicious when they received pictures of a different dog and messages that didn't make sense from the sitter.
• Upon returning home, they found their house trashed, with stains, trash, and unfamiliar items strewn about.
• Footage from their Ring doorbell camera showed their dogs running loose in the street and the sitter, who appeared to be drunk, doing little to stop them.
• Rover has suspended the sitter and is providing a full refund to the couple while they investigate the incident.
