Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney Face Lawsuit from Former Chef

Chef Penny Davidi claims the 'Vanderpump Rules' stars violated a partnership agreement for their sandwich shop, Something About Her.

Davidi alleges that Madix and Maloney backed out of a deal granting her 10% ownership and a monthly salary.
The chef asserts she performed substantial work as COO and Director of Culinary before the agreement was repudiated.
Madix and Maloney have not publicly commented on the lawsuit, which seeks to enforce the original contract.
This lawsuit follows another recent legal issue involving Madix and her ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval.
Something About Her, located in West Hollywood, was launched by the reality TV stars in May.
