Argentine Teen Is Sole Latin American Among 10 Finalists for 2025 Global Student Prize

The $100,000 Chegg.org–Varkey award will be decided in October by an international academy.

  • He coauthored a youth financial and technology literacy law reported as implemented in more than 70 Argentine cities, reaching about six million students.
  • His recognitions include runner-up in a geometry olympiad, fourth place in MIT Solve’s Financial Inclusion Challenge, and selection for the U.S. National Youth Science Camp in West Virginia.
  • He says that if he wins, he will invest the prize in free technology education—programming and robotics—and entrepreneurship training for young people.
