  • The Asociación Bancaria agreed on July 14–15 to a 15.1% salary uplift for June 2025, with retroactive payments to be disbursed with July wages.
  • The new baseline monthly wage totals ARS 1,872,937.28, combining a base salary of ARS 1,807,619.92 and ARS 65,317.36 in profit sharing.
  • The adjustment extends to all gross remunerations, including standard salaries, conventional and non-conventional bonuses and non-remunerative benefits.
  • Bankers’ Day bonuses have been set at a minimum of ARS 1,611,430.62, subject to future adjustments in upcoming negotiations.
  • Argentina’s consumer prices rose 1.6% in June and 15.1% in the first half of 2025, underscoring the need for ongoing inflation-indexed wage revisions.
