Overview

  • Tourism employees under CCT 547/08 received a 5.5% basic salary increase in August, raising their base pay to approximately ARS 1.048–1.050 million.
  • The adjustment integrates the ARS 40,000 non-remunerative bonus granted in July into the basic wage, affecting calculations for antigüedad and presentismo.
  • Commerce workers applied a 2% rise on June salary scales and continue to receive ARS 40,000 in monthly non-remunerative payments under their latest FAECYS–cámaras agreement.
  • Both tourism and commerce accords include clauses for renegotiation in August or September should ongoing inflation erode real wages.
  • Formal homologation of the commerce agreement is still pending, with retroactive adjustments and full enforceability contingent on government ratification.
