• Deadlines: Progresar Obligatorio closes September 1, Progresar Superior and Enfermería close September 5, and Progresar Trabajo remains open until November 30.
• Registration is online only via the Progresar site using a Mi Argentina account, and applicants must declare a personal CBU or CVU; ANSES offices do not take applications.
• Eligibility includes Argentine nationality or qualifying residency, valid DNI, regular student status, and a family income cap of three SMVM (ARS 966,000 in August 2025).
• Age bands vary by line: Obligatorio 16–24; Superior 17–24 for entrants and up to 30 for ongoing students, with no age limit for nursing; Trabajo 18–24, extendable to 40 for unemployed or vulnerable applicants.
• Payments can be halted for finishing a degree, exceeding study time limits, prior removal for cause, holding a similar scholarship, or being on the Income Tax registry, with non‑compliant beneficiaries not paid in September.
