Overview
- The Di Tella ICG rose to 2.47 in November, its highest since February, up 17.5% month on month but still 7.3% below November 2024 and 16.8% under November 2017; it stands 69.8% above November 2021 and the Milei-era average is 2.44.
- All five subindices advanced: Capacity 2.93 (+18.6%), Honesty 2.81 (+12.4%), Efficiency 2.32 (+12.6%), Overall evaluation 2.26 (+30.6%) and Concern for the public interest 2.02 (+16.8%).
- Confidence was higher among men (2.69) than women (2.24) and peaked among 18–29-year-olds (2.92), with the 30–49 group lagging at 2.19.
- By region, the Interior led at 2.69 as Gran Buenos Aires climbed to 2.16, overtaking CABA at 2.03; respondents with tertiary or university education posted 2.58, while the primary-educated segment fell to 1.75.
- Economic expectations strongly correlated with trust: those anticipating improvement registered 4.14 versus 0.47 among those expecting deterioration; the Poliarquía phone survey covered 1,008 adults from Nov. 3–14 with a 95% confidence interval of 2.34–2.60.
