Overview

• Official minimums by category remain unchanged from September for October payrolls, covering supervisors, specific tasks, live-in caretakers, caregivers and general tasks.
• A non‑remunerative reinforcement tied to September work was set at $10,000 for more than 16 weekly hours or without live-out, $7,000 for 12–16 hours, and $4,000 for up to 12 hours.
• Seniority must be paid at an extra 1% of the basic category salary for each year of service.
• A 30% zona desfavorable supplement applies in La Pampa, Río Negro, Chubut, Neuquén, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego, and Antártida e Islas del Atlántico Sur.
• Employers are required to register workers and make social-security, health and ART contributions via form F.102/RT as the current paritaria closes and new talks are expected.
