An administrative reallocation channels current-year credits to urgent pediatric care pending congressional definition of funding.

  • It redirects ARS 35.832 billion from Jurisdiction 91 “Obligaciones a cargo del Tesoro” to the Health Ministry within the 2025 budget.
  • Targeted allocations include ARS 20.180 billion for Hospital Garrahan and ARS 5.110 billion to strengthen health workforce training and residencies.
  • Further funds exceed ARS 3.38 billion for high-complexity centers such as El Cruce, SAMIC El Calafate, Cuenca Alta Néstor Kirchner, Dr. René Favaloro and Presidente Néstor Kirchner, plus ARS 7.160 billion for decentralized institutions including Posadas, Laura Bonaparte, Baldomero Sommer, Ramón Carrillo and Tesone.
  • Resources are designated for operating needs, critical supplies and immediate salary recomposition in pediatric care, Garrahan was named a national high-complexity referral center, and the emergency law remains on hold until Congress specifies a financing source.
