• Primary schools nationwide will close on Thursday, Sept. 11 for the Día del Maestro, an educational asueto that is not a national holiday; secondary, tertiary and university levels hold classes as usual.
• The administration has moved the Oct. 12 holiday to Friday, Oct. 10, creating a nationwide long weekend under new rules for trasladable feriados.
• The Día del Estudiante falls on Sunday, Sept. 21 this year and will not shift to Monday because it is a partial educational observance.
• A patchwork of local non‑working days includes Sept. 9 in Buenos Aires Province municipalities such as San Fernando and El Triunfo (Lincoln), Sept. 12 in the city of Neuquén and Baigorrita (General Viamonte), and Sept. 26 in Maipú and Carmen de Areco.
• On locally declared feriados and asuetos, public administration and Banco Provincia branches close in the affected jurisdictions, while private employers decide whether to grant the day off.
