Overview
- Under Resolution 2/2025, the sector receives a 1.4% raise plus a ARS 14,000 non-remunerative bonus in November, a 1.3% raise plus ARS 14,000 in December, and ARS 14,000 again in January.
- The union-published grid updates December minimums, including ARS 3,383.54 per hour for assistance and care of persons with live-out and ARS 427,821.61 per month for that category.
- The extraordinary bonus is non-remunerative and scales by weekly hours: ARS 6,000 for 0–12 hours, ARS 9,000 for 12–16, and ARS 14,000 for more than 16 hours or live-in staff.
- For a reference case, a nanny working 80 hours in December should receive about ARS 270,683 in wages plus a ARS 14,000 bonus, totaling roughly ARS 284,683.
- December pay also includes the statutory half-year bonus (SAC), while unions press for enforcement and updates to the 30% zona desfavorable and other extras, warning of possible legal action.
