Overview
- The measures were formalized in the Official Gazette: Resolution 381 sets January’s 2.47% increase and updated amounts, and Decree 918/2025 authorizes the $70,000 extraordinary bonus.
- ANSES published the January schedule, with payments organized by DNI from January 9 to 29: minimum-benefit recipients from the 9th to 22nd, above-minimum from the 23rd to 29th, and PNC from the 9th to 15th.
- The minimum pension rises to $349,299.32 and the maximum to $2,350,453.70, while AUH and AUE increase to $125,517.55; PUAM is $279,439.46 and PNC $244,509.52 before any bonus.
- The $70,000 bonus is paid in full to those at or below the minimum and scales down for higher haberes so the total does not exceed the minimum plus the bonus, with eligibility covering SIPA, PUAM and PNC.
- January amounts may feel lower than December because the aguinaldo was paid last month, even after December’s 2.34% update and the new 2.47% increase for January under Decree 274/24’s CPI-based rule.
