Overview
- The Economy Ministry published the measure in the Boletín Oficial, formally ending initiatives such as Argentina Construye, Casa Propia – Construir Futuro, and the National Urban Land Plan.
- Provinces, CABA and municipalities may assume funding to complete ongoing projects, with compensation through recupero systems where program rules require it.
- When local governments take over, repayments must be monthly after delivery, capped at 30% of household income and updated by the UVI, with deposits into accounts designated by the Secretariat.
- If an executing entity will not or cannot finance without national assistance, continuation of a convenio must meet restrictive criteria tied to progress, public interest, execution costs and budget availability.
- Requested reimbursements to the Nation will be updated by the UVI and can be pursued judicially, and related instruments including Procrear and Plan Argentina Hace are also left without effect.
